Certified Rapid NeuroFascial Reset Specialist Practitioner
Registered Massage Therapist

"Strive for perfection and you will achieve excellence." This is something I have always tried to live by from a young age. Much of my younger years were spend involved in high level sport competition and through these sports and the many injuries that arose from them I was introduced to the profound effect massage and manual therapy can have on both recovery and preventative aspects of injury.
Since graduating with honors from the CDI 2450 hour Advanced Massage Therapy program I have tried to focus on what gave me my interest in massage in the first place; therapeutic and sports massage. This directed focus led to find what has been an absolute game changer for myself and my clients; RAPID NeuroFascial Reset. Using this technique combined with proper assessment techniques has given my clients lasting results that they thought may never be possible.
